Student Government

Student Government is a voice for the student body. It empowers students by creating opportunities to become involved and to become leaders.

The Student Government of Highlander Charter is composed of two representatives each from grades 5-8. Students are selected by their peers through an election led by classroom teachers. Student Government has led such events as a 2009 whole-school election, Peace Week, and Spirit Week. Student government meets on Friday mornings.

If you have any questions or comments that Student Government can address please email us at studentgovernment@highlandercharter.org.
