School Lunch
Highlander Charter School is participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) as part of the National School Lunch Program. Under this provision, all students enrolled at Highlander in Providence and Warren will receive meals through the School Breakfast Program and National School Lunch Program at no charge.
